About The Artist THOMAS L. HUNT
Racine Wisconsin
Graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 1974 with a B.A. degree in commercial art.
Worked as an Art Director for Reiman Publications, Astromedia and Kalmbach. Currently art directs Country Woman Magazine for Readers Digest.
Past president of the Racine Art Guild and vice president of the International Association for Astronomical Arts (IAAA). Has been in many juried shows and took part in DIALOGS; a joint Russian/American space art show that exhibited through out Russia and the United States. This exibit ended in a year long exhibition in the Smithsonian Institute.
Art is installed in churches and chapels in the Racine area.
I started “A World of Nativites” in 1996. I design, make and sell original Nativity crafts and art. I have
created well over one hundred different designs. I now incorporate my religion into much of my art, because I can’t find better inspiration.
